Administrator
Thetford
Monday to Friday
8am – 4pm
£12.30 per hour
Temporary
Hales Group are recruiting an Administrator for their Thetford based client. This ongoing temporary role requires an immediate start.
Working as an Administrator in a busy fast paced office, you will be supporting a team with day-to-day administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator, with confident IT skills, (MS Office including Excel). Daily responsibilities to include:
•Arranging collections/deliveries
•Checking timesheets
•Ensuring stock sheets are complete
•Typing up engineer commissioning sheets
•Raising purchase orders
•Invoice checking
•Answering calls, taking detailed messages where appropriate
•High levels of data inputting
•Updating the internal system
•Recording information on Excel spreadsheets
•Filing and archiving
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role. You will have confident communication skills, a professional telephone manner and the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload.
