Job Description:
SF Recruitment are working with a leading national retail brand to recruit a Junior Buyer. We are looking for candidates who have either a good entry level of procurement/buying experience or FMCG sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:
*Work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as stock management, waste reduction, margin improvement, and sales growth.
*Develop and implement collaborative plans with suppliers to meet business objectives.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with small business owners and FMCG suppliers.
*Manage both branded and private label product lines.
*Oversee and track contract balances effectively.
*Handle administrative tasks, including stock control, order processing, setting up new product forms, and managing office communications.
*Conduct range reviews to evaluate and optimize product offerings.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
*A motivated individual eager to grow and develop their skills as a buyer.
*Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
*A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
*Well-organized, with excellent time management abilities.
*Previous experience in the industry is a plus.
*Strong analytical skills, along with proficiency in numerical analysis and negotiation.
*Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
