Job Description:
Role Overview As a Corporate & Business Tax Senior Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, building strong relationships with businesses, subsidiaries, and their owners. Your role will include advising clients on tax compliance and identifying opportunities for tax planning. You’ll collaborate with directors and partners to deliver innovative solutions, oversee WIP and fee negotiations, and play a pivotal role in team development. Your expertise will also contribute to the management of the corporate and business tax team, participating in training, performance appraisals, and strategic discussions.
Beyond the technical, you’ll support the firm’s growth by engaging in marketing efforts, responding to international tax queries, and identifying opportunities for expanding services. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys working collaboratively across teams and locations.
About You/Job RequirementsACA and/or CTA qualified with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience.
Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on corporate tax.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
Strong technical tax expertise, including experience with complex groups.
A proactive mindset for business development and leadership.
