SHEQ Manager

£50,000 plus company car & bonus
Are you an experienced SHEQ professional with a passion for safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment?
We have an exciting opportunity for a SHEQ Manager to lead and oversee the implementation of safety protocols and quality control processes.
Description of the role:
*Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with relevant regulations.
*Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations to ensure a safe working environment.
*Deliver safety training and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
*Create and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product standards are met.
*Perform quality audits on materials and finished goods, resolving any issues promptly.
*Manage customer complaints and implement corrective actions as needed.
*Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal safety and quality regulations.
*Stay updated on regulatory changes and update company policies accordingly.
*Lead initiatives to improve safety and quality performance, reducing waste and enhancing efficiency.
*Promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement in SHEQ processes.
About you:
*Minimum of 5 years’ experience in safety and quality management, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
*NEBOSH qualified with a strong understanding of HSE regulations and quality standards.
*Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
*Proficiency with quality management software and Microsoft Office.
