About the Role
As an Internal Sales & Projects Co-ordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in our busy Bedford team. Your responsibilities will include managing customer relationships, processing orders, and ensuring seamless project coordination. This position is ideal for someone with sales and project management experience, looking to contribute to a growing and dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities:
*Efficiently manage seals projects from initial opportunity through to delivery and potential repeat business.
*Assist the management team in supporting a customer base with exceptional service.
*Generate and issue customer quotations via the company’s CRM system.
*Maintain business margin targets and ensure their achievement.
*Process customer enquiries and purchase orders accurately and promptly.
*Issue sales order confirmations for customer purchase orders.
*Handle incoming calls and follow up on sales leads.
*Provide data analysis to assist in business decision-making.
*Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of projects and orders.
*Manage stock requirements and communicate delivery schedules.
*Create new item part numbers, BOMs, and works orders accurately.
*Maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate record-keeping and document management.
*Process customer certification requirements via online portals.
*Participate in team meetings and execute resulting actions.
*Work in accordance with best practices and Quality Management Systems.
