Electrical Installation Engineer – £18.00 - £20.00 per hour depending on experience– Leeds, West Yorkshire
The Role

We’re looking for an Electrical Installation Engineer to join our team in Leeds. This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive pay, great benefits, and the chance to make an impact in a dynamic environment.
In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems. This role involves extensive travel and occasional overnight stays, so flexibility is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
*Install and terminate various cable types, including Cat5e, SWA, SY, and YY.
*Work on 400V AC mains, 24V DC control, and 4-20mA analogue circuits.
*Maintain and troubleshoot 3-phase motors, variable speed drives, and control systems.
*Read and interpret electrical schematics.
*Perform conduit, tray, and basket installations.
*Conduct panel wiring and ensure compliance with standards.
The Company
Stainless Steel Vessels Limited (SSV) design and supply brewhouses, process vessels and pipework to the beverage industry. We also offer a wide range of products including pumps, valves and fittings as well as our new hopinator for dry hopping.

The Person
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
*A recognised electrical qualification (City & Guilds/BTEC/NVQ3) and 18th Edition certification.
*A solid background in commercial and industrial installations.
*Experience with 3-phase systems, control circuits, and panel wiring.
*A full UK driving licence and a valid passport.
*Physical fitness and a willingness to work flexible hours.
*Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
