As a Private Client Paralegal, you will provide key support in a range of matters, including Wills, Trusts, Probate, Estate Administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Key Responsibilities:
*Assisting with the preparation and drafting of Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney
*Supporting the Probate and Estate Administration process, ensuring timely and accurate progression
*Managing client correspondence and providing empathetic, professional client care
*Maintaining accurate and organised case files while adhering to deadlines
*Conducting legal research to support solicitors and ensure compliance with the latest legislation
*Liaising with clients and third parties, building and maintaining strong professional relationships
About You:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
*Experience in private client work, ideally as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant
*Strong organisational and time-management skills to manage a diverse caseload
*Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for handling sensitive client matters
*A detail-oriented approach and the ability to work proactively in a team
*A genuine interest in developing expertise in private client law
