**Job Description:**
As a Master Vehicle Technician, you will be at the forefront of our service team, responsible for performing advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and maintenance on a variety of modern vehicles. You will have extensive technical knowledge and a proven track record of pinpointing issues and delivering efficient solutions that meet or exceed manufacturer standards.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform thorough diagnostics to determine the cause of complex mechanical and electrical problems.
- Repair and maintain a diverse range of vehicles to the highest standards.
- Share expertise and guide junior technicians, contributing to the overall skill development within the service department.
- Monitor the maintenance work and handle the quality inspection for completed jobs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and develop your skills through ongoing technical training.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining the diagnosis and repair work needed, clearly and concisely, to service advisors and customers.
- Adhere to all company procedures, health, and safety regulations.
**Key Qualifications:**
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a vehicle technician within a dealership environment.
- Master level knowledge of automotive systems and the ability to use diagnostic tools effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
