Job Description:
Business Development Manager - TBR - £50,000 + OTE + Company car + Outstanding Benefits
My client is one of the leading global manufacturers of tyres - their premium products and first-class customer support keep the UK moving with a client base that includes all the leading names in all logistics, fleet and retail sector.

The Role:
To manage and develop the direct sales and distributor channel activities and deliver the company objectives for market share growth.
There will be a big focus on working collaboratively with both the internal sales team and external customers to understand and efficiently define sales channels whilst supporting your existing clients.
The current team has a positive work ethic and inclusive culture, so this opportunity offers a great foundation on which to further develop your career and skill set.
About You:
*A wide knowledge of all aspects of TBR tyres both to end user and distributor.
*Proven track record in managing large independent and National accounts.
*Proven track record in sales through growing retained business.
*Ability in data analysis and using Excel/Microsoft tools.
*Strong communication, with focus on problem solving and negotiation.
*Self-motivated, with the ability to organise and manage time efficiently.
*Passionate team player, who advocates customer excellence.
Package
*£50,000 basic
*Field based - extensive Southern UK travel
*Company car/Car Allowance
*25% Annual Bonus
