Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior 3rd Line to join our small, multi-functional & highly skilled MSP team of 30 in London Bridge, dealing with our varied client base.
You will be diagnosing and troubleshooting advanced 3rd Line Server and Network issues as well as taking responsibility for projects from start to finish for our London based clients. Many of the third line issues will be escalated from our 1st and 2nd line team within Service Desk so you will be considered one of the points of escalation for more advanced issues. The projects will range from Azure Virtual Desktop solutions, Intune implementation, Sharepoint migration, Cyber security rollouts and VoIP solutions.
This is not a management role, but we do need someone who is comfortable with mentoring and developing junior members of the team.

Experience
*Previous experience within an MSP at 2nd/3rd line would be ideal with the experience of dealing with clients of various sizes and a range of industries from Financial Services to Media
*Full Project Life Cycle experience from gathering requirements to full implementation
*Problem solving skills; gathering and analysing information in order to successful resolve issues.
*Good written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to work independently, planning your own agenda
*Prioritise effectively within tight schedules within a dynamically paced environment.
*Enthusiasm and positive attitude.
*Strong work ethic and customer service orientation with outstanding integrity and ethics.
*Commitment to professionalism, follow-through and attention to detail.
*Ability to work with some flexibility on hours when project work or technical fixes are required outside normal business hours.
Technical
*Networking:hands-on experience with networking vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Cisco Meraki, Ubiquity.
*Microsoft: 365, Sharepoint, Azure, Intune, Azure Managed Desktops and related technologies are all integral to this role. Ideally with Microsoft certifications
*Servers: experienced in Windows Server 2016 up to Server 2019 with Azure, VMware and Hyper V virtualisation. The candidate must have installed servers in a commercial environment and managed those environments with a focus on GPO management, DNS, DHCP, Azure AD and Azure design
*Cloud Platforms: experience with cloud platforms such as Office365, Azure, Datto, Mimecast
*Scripting: knowledge of Powershell and ability to automate processes using scripts
*Cybersecurity: understanding of designing layered Cybersecurity solutions with Firewalls, Multifactor Authentication, SIEM, XDR, EDR
Please note that the role will require the cadidate to be office based in London Bridge and to occsionally visit clients for 3rd line work or projects.
