Excellent opportunity for an experienced Estimator Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established company based in Dundee
Salary D.O.E
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Experience: Estimating: 3 years (Required)
Licence: Driving (Required)

This would be an ideal position for an experienced Estimator/Quantity surveyor looking for a new challenge, to have more autonomy with their work and to become an integral part of a strong team.
Duties
*Analyse documentation to prepare time, cost, and labour estimates for projects
*Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and contractors to ensure accuracy of estimates
*Evaluate materials, labour, and equipment required for each project
*Identify and quantify cost factors such as materials, labour, and overhead
*Prepare and maintain a cost database for future reference
Must have
*Qualified Electrician
*Demonstrable experience within Electrical Estimating
*Relevant Qualifications or equivalent experience
*Ability to carry out Surveying duties on projects
*Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
*Strong analytical and mathematical skills
*Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
*Attention to detail and accuracy
