Role Responsibilities
*Acting as the primary advisor for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and other personal tax clients
*Providing strategic tax planning advice, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, trusts, and residency matters
*Overseeing the preparation and review of complex personal tax returns and computations
*Mentoring and developing the tax team to ensure high-quality client service and technical excellence
*Managing and growing the personal tax portfolio by building strong relationships with existing clients and attracting new business
*Working collaboratively with other senior team members to provide integrated solutions across all service lines
*Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and maintaining a high standard of technical knowledge
*Leading tax advisory projects, including HMRC investigations, succession planning, and other ad hoc assignments

Candidate Requirements
*CTA qualification or an equivalent professional tax qualification
*A proven track record as a thought leader in tax consultancy, with strong technical expertise

*Leadership experience, including managing teams and mentoring staff
*A proactive approach to business development and a focus on achieving growth targets
