Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting sales, acquisitions, and M&A transactions.
* Assisting with due diligence and financial data analysis.
* Preparing valuations using methods like comparable analysis and DCF.
* Researching potential buyers and acquisition targets.
* Managing M&A project processes and client presentations.
* Delivering professional, confidential client services.
*Support with Business Development.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
*Have (or be close to having) one of the following qualifacations: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, CFQ, MBA.
*A keen problem-solver with strong communication skills.
*A passion for Corporate Finance and a willingness to learn.
