We are looking to recruit a Adult Qualified Social Worker - EDT within the Social Care industry in Manchester area. The successful candidate will be working in a well-structured, organised team who are growing their social worker staffing levels. The Children Qualified Social Worker - EDT vacancy in Rochdale will be for a minimum of 6 months.
Responsibilities include:
*Undertake assessments of need and produce support plans which reflect the needs and wishes of the individual
*Responding appropriately to all calls received after office hours and at weekends and bank holidays, when on duty
*Prioritise and delegate work in a timely manner appropriate to need
*Ability to lone work, take responsibility for any situation that arises out of hours and to work alongside professionals from other agencies covering an out of hours emergency service
*Maintain electronic case records for the individuals who you support
*Person centred assessments as required by the Care Act (2014)
*Assessments under the Deprivation of Liberties Safeguards, (DoLS)
Experience preferred:
*Post qualifying experience of working as a Qualified Social Worker -EDTteam within the UK Social Care industry.
Minimum Requirements:
*SWE Registration
*1-2 years post qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry
*Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
*Eligibility to work in the UK
