1 Year Maternity Cover - January start
To £65k plus pension, healthcare, gym membership, 25 days holiday (excluding Bank Holidays), discretionary bonus
HYBRID - 3 days a week in office
THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Finance Manager to cover a one year maternity leave for this property and construction consultancy. With an array of UK-wide clients, the business is well established and thriving, and renowned for its independence and commercial acumen.
This is a varied and autonomous role working closely with the Finance Director and MD. They need somebody who can work under their own initiative, with a curious mindset who can identify potential issues before they become problems.
The key aim is to ensure the Finance function runs smoothly and senior management are provided with accurate and operational and financial reporting.
KEY RESPOBSIBILITIES
-Leading a small finance team
-Maintenance of system and processes to ensure efficient running of the Finance function and its integration with other IT systems
-Production of management information, financial planning and performace analysis
-Cash flow forecasting and budgeting
-Statutory and financial reporting
-Treasury & tax compliance
-Business partnering with non-finance colleagues
-Liaison with outsourced payroll company
-Ad hoc project work and systems development

-Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
