Job Description:
Customer Service Advisor
Adecco is excited to be recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s busy and dynamic Sales Office on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
*Efficiently process orders, replacements, spare parts, and point-of-sale requests received via telephone, email, or post, following established procedures.
*Handle inquiries from both internal and external customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and post.
*Coordinate and confirm customer deliveries using the booking-in process.
*Investigate and resolve price discrepancies within your designated area, ensuring prompt and appropriate action.
Key Skills and Requirements:
*Minimum of 3 GCSEs or equivalent (preferably including English and Maths).
*NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service (desirable).
*Exceptional telephone manner with a friendly, professional approach.
*Strong keyboard and administrative skills.
