Details:
*Handle incoming customer telephone calls for engineer’s callouts, technical support, and sales enquiries.
*Manage general email inquiries, booking procedures, and quotations.
*Provide general administration support for the service department.
*Utilise Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Microsoft 365) and our client’s CRM system (Clik).
*Produce monthly service reports and weekly quoted remedial reports.
*Coordinate engineer’s holiday requests within your geographical area.
*Organise travel arrangements for engineers, including hotel bookings, flight arrangements, and training courses.
*Maintain an organised database of engineer’s job reports and customer information.
*Chase and process customer purchase order numbers and invoice payments.
*Assist with supplier and health and safety questionnaires.
*Provide holiday cover for engineering teams as needed.
