Job Title: Administrator / Sales Assistant
Location: Colchester Outskirts (access to vehicle is required, no public transport links available)
Salary: £22,000 per year + Bonus Scheme

Key Responsibilities:
*Collaborate effectively within a small team environment.
*Meet deadlines independently and efficiently.
*Handle confidential information with professionalism.
*Maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure.
*Exhibit a confident and professional telephone manner.
Daily Tasks:
*Manage phone calls and emails.
*Oversee contract management and administration.
*Promptly pursue new enquiries.
*Perform general office duties.
*Handle invoicing and receipting.
Requirements:
*Strong organisational skills.
*Excellent telephone communication skills.
*Ability to work well under pressure.
*Professional and confident demeanour.
*Driving licence required due to office location.
Desirable Experience:
Previous experience in customer service or office roles is beneficial but not essential.

Schedule:
*Monday to Friday (Flexible weekend shifts, typically every other Saturday)
