Senior Recruitment Consultant - St.Albans, Hertfordshire
Understanding Recruitment is an award-winning technology, software and digital recruitment consultancy based in St Albans. We’re currently ranked 1st place in the Recruiter Magazine FAST 50 list of fastest growing recruitment companies in the UK. To further our growth, we’re looking to add Senior Recruiters to several of our teams.

We are looking for talented individuals who are passionate about sourcing top tech talent to help our ever-expanding client base reach their hiring goals and contribute to the growth and success of their businesses
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of both our clients and candidates. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of businesses, from startups to established enterprises, and be a part of their growth and success. Whether you prefer to focus on billing or move into management, we will provide you with a personalised progression plan to help you reach your professional goals.
