What You’ll Do: *Drive a customer-focused procurement strategy that maximises sales and margins.
*Collaborate with the Category Managers to develop competitive product ranges.
*Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate robust contracts.
*Identify opportunities to improve stock turn, reduce waste, and support our environmental goals.
*Analyse market trends, pricing, and customer needs to stay ahead of the game.
*Champion process improvements, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency.
What We’re Looking For: *Proven experience in a buying or procurement role, with a solid understanding of the buying cycle.
*Strong commercial acumen and the ability to spot profit opportunities.
*Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
*A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering results.
