Job Title: Customer Service Team Manager
Location - Leicester 2 days a week, home working 3 days per week
Starting salary: £30,000-£35,000
Hours per week: 35 hours per week (flexible working between core hours)
Our client has an exciting opportunity within their customer contact centre for a dynamic and passionate Customer Service Team Leader to shape the way they deliver services whilst ensuring that the customer service team operates at the highest level.
As the Customer Service Team Leader you will be reporting and supporting the Customer Service and Experience Manager, you must thrive in a fast-paced customer focused environment and be an inspirational and motivational day to day leader, responsible for ensuring the team of customer service advisors are trained, coached, and fully equipped to always provide the best possible service to our members, training providers and customers.
About You
The ideal candidate will be experienced in leading, motivating and developing a high-performing customer service team and demonstrate a strong background in people management and development in a call centre/ office based environment.
you will have excellent communication, solution driven and the ability to resolve complex issues swiftly within the dynamic landscape of customer service is essential.
