Learning Support Mentor
We are seeking a learning support mentor, who can effectively manage challenging behaviour, to work in an SEN school in Manchester. This is initially a temporary role with the potential to become permanent based on fit and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
*Working alongside the class teacher to support students’ learning
*Supporting 1-2 students more closely on a 1:1 basis
*Accompanying students both in class and during outdoor activities
*Implement different interventions and strategies to effectively manage behaviour
Key Requirements:
*Experience supporting individuals on a 1:1 basis
*Excellent behaviour management skills
*A passion for supporting children with additional needs and challenging behaviour
*Resilience and empathy
*A flexible and adaptable approach to work
