About the Role As Clinical Deputy Home Manager, you will play a key leadership role, supporting the Home Manager in ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse leader who thrives on making a difference, driving quality improvements, and leading a passionate team.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Overseeing clinical care delivery and ensuring it meets regulatory standards.
*Supporting and mentoring the care team to promote professional development and excellent care practices.
*Managing staffing, training, and development to maintain a highly skilled and motivated workforce.
*Conducting audits, updating care plans, and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.
*Acting as a key point of contact for residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
About You We are looking for a confident and experienced leader with:
*Valid NMC PIN and a strong clinical background.
*Previous experience in a leadership role within a care home or similar environment.
*A thorough understanding of CQC regulations and best care practices.
*Excellent communication and organizational skills.
*A genuine passion for improving the lives of residents and supporting their families.
