IT Support Analyst Location: Leeds (Fully Onsite)
Salary: £23,000 - £27,000 + Excellent Benefits
Overview:
Join a dynamic team as an IT Support Analyst, where you’ll act as the first point of contact for IT-related queries from a diverse customer base. This hands-on role involves providing exceptional 1st-line technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring swift resolutions to maintain smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide 1st-line technical support via email, ticketing systems, and phone.
*Log and manage helpdesk tickets, aiming for first-time fixes.
*Build and configure IT hardware, including Windows laptops, Macs, and mobile devices.
*Process new starters, leavers, and role changes while maintaining system documentation.
*Escalate technical issues efficiently to ensure timely resolution.
Technical Skills Required:
*Experience with Windows 10/11 and Office365 Administration (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange).
*Knowledge of Active Directory, Intune, Antivirus software (ESET/Sophos), and backup technologies (e.g., Veeam).
*Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and printers.
*Familiarity with RMM tools, network basics, and Apple Mac support.
