Are you an experienced Sales Administrator looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity with our client, a leader in building science, to join their dynamic team in Bristol. With a focus on innovation, our client is at the forefront of delivering essential solutions across various sectors. They are looking for a Sales Administrator to provide exceptional customer service and support their Sales teams.

*Full-time work schedule, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 4:30pm
*Competitive hourly rate of £14.36.
*Hybrid working
*Temporary role with potential for permanent conversion for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
*Communicate and manage existing direct and non-direct accounts in the UK & Ireland.
*Answer incoming calls on the UK & Ireland hotline, ensuring excellent customer service.
*Assist with organising events and meetings with customers and colleagues.
*Generate Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities with Architects.
*Handle general inquiries and provide pricing information where necessary.
*Maintain up-to-date records of existing and new customers using Sales Force CRM System and Excel.
*Support the sales team by utilising CRM systems and tools effectively.
Qualifications:
*A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, technical, or a business-related field is preferred.
*Experience in customer service or a customer-facing role is required.
*Proficiency in CRM systems and tools, with direct experience in Office 365.
*Demonstrated ability to excel in a collaborative, cross-functional work environment.
*Excellent relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
*A proactive mindset, embracing change and new initiatives.
*Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
