- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email,
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Process customer orders, and requests
- Provide accurate information about timelines and services
- Maintain customer records using central CRM system
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
