Job Description:
Not everyone wants a promotion. Not everyone dreams of moving into management or doing something different.
Some people just love the job they do.
But you can love your job and not love your company. When that happens and you come to look for your next position, you just want the very best pay and conditions you can find. And what’s wrong with that?
The pay and rewards at this business are great. Salary is to £50,000 and there’s hybrid working. This is a business that empowers/trusts its staff so you’ll only need to be in the office 1 or 2 days per week.
Alongside that there’s a healthy benefits package:
o 27 days holiday
o 8% employer pension contribution
o AVIVA Private Health Care
o Death in Service benefit (4 times annual salary)
o Income Protection Insurance
o Free parking
As for the job you’ll join a team of 10 compliance monitoring officers at a firm that has hundreds of IFA clients across the UK. The role is as you’d expect. You’ll offer a file review service to your clients, most of which are medium and large financial planning businesses. You’ll provide feedback to clients on these reviewed files and any compliance issues you raise. And you’ll report in to the Head of Compliance Monitoring.
It’s an IFA network that offers its member firms so much value. Whether it’s reviewing T&C or SMCR schemes, producing client reports, or providing investment research, they’re relied on by so many. So you’ll work with clients who see you as valuable partners, not a hindrance.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
You’ll be at least level 4 qualified and have file review experience (preferably in the IFA market).
You will be able to build positive working relationships with IFA firms and have the personality/skills to make you credible in their eyes.
