Role Responsibilities *Lead and manage audits for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance and technical accuracy
*Oversee the planning, fieldwork, and completion of audit assignments, ensuring timely delivery
*Provide guidance and mentorship to junior audit staff, supporting their professional development
*Manage relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and addressing any queries
*Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless service for clients
*Review audit files to ensure high standards and compliance with audit regulations
*Identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate these risks
*Assist in business development activities, including participating in proposals for new clients
*Keep up-to-date with changes in auditing standards and ensure team compliance

Candidate Requirements *ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
*Experienced in managing audit assignments within a practice environment
*Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and compliance
*Able to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines
*Confident in managing teams and building client relationships
*Excellent at communicating with both clients and colleagues
*Able to provide leadership and motivate a team
