Role Responsibilities *Managing a varied portfolio of audit clients across a wide range of industries
*Leading and supervising audit teams through the full audit process, from planning to completion
*Reviewing audit files to ensure compliance with UK audit regulations and high-quality standards
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for all audit-related queries
*Supporting and mentoring junior staff, providing guidance and helping them progress in their careers
*Identifying opportunities for business development and contributing to the firm’s growth strategy

Candidate Requirements *ACA or ACCA qualified, with substantial experience in audit within a UK accountancy practice
*Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and deliver high-quality audit services
*Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring junior staff

*In-depth knowledge of UK audit regulations and standards
