Job Purpose *Managing day-to-day practice operations and ensuring efficient workflows across departments
*Supervising administrative staff and supporting client-facing teams to deliver outstanding service
*Overseeing client onboarding and managing relationships to ensure client satisfaction
*Ensuring all regulatory and internal compliance procedures are adhered to
*Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of work from all departments
*Coordinating with senior management and partners on strategic initiatives and business development
*Implementing systems to improve operational efficiency and enhance client service delivery

Candidate Requirements *Previous experience as a Practice Manager or in a similar operational role within professional services
*Strong organisational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage a busy practice
*A proactive attitude with exceptional problem-solving skills
*Experience in managing workflows and supporting teams to meet deadlines
*Ability to work closely with partners and senior management on business development
*Familiarity with accounting practice software (experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage is beneficial)
