*Offer technical support
*Resolve issues through phone, email, and service desk
*Provide remote assistance
*Explain products and services
*Assist with software development when required
SOFTWARE SUPPORT TECHNICIAN - ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
*Experience in IT support
*Knowledge of Active Directory, Networking, Office 365, and SQL
*Background or interest in software development
*Strong technical skills
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
*Full UK driving license required
