Key Responsibilities:
Processing supplier invoices and credit notes
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Managing payment runs and ensuring timely payments
Handling supplier queries and resolving discrepancies
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date purchase ledger records
Assisting with month-end processes and reports
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar Purchase Ledger role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good organizational and time management skills
