Job Description:
Permanent - 37.5 Hours per week
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed Technical Co-ordinator to join our team within Lovell’s North East region, based at our Sunderland office.
Reporting directly to the Technical Manager, you’ll ensure Lovell carries out its contractual responsibilities for co-ordination of construction details, managing flow of design information and design input of specialist contractors.
You’ll have a HNC in construction or equivalent, with experience in new build design and build coupled with knowledge of Planning and Building Regulations, current standards and legislation. With a high degree of skill in co-ordinating the distribution of information, you’ll be a proven team player with the ability to work with minimum supervision. CAD drawing capability would be desirable, however is not essential
