Position: SEN Maths Teacher

If you’re enthusiastic, empathetic, and experienced in working with students with additional needs, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan and assess high-quality lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with a range of special educational needs.
*Develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and work collaboratively with the SENCO and support staff.
*Provide a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that encourages the development of social, emotional, and academic skills.
*Engage with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure the best possible support for each child.
*Monitor and report on students’ progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed to meet diverse needs.
Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
*Experience working with children with SEN, particularly autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
*Strong communication and teamwork skills.
*Patience, empathy, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
*Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.
