Role: Regional Manager - Cleaning
Salary: £45k-£55k plus benefits including a company car

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Role Description:
Bridge Recruitment are currently networking for a Regional Manager to join the Team of one of our clients in the Midlands. Our client is a provider of exceptional cleaning and soft services, offering a range of services from maintenance and cleaning to creating environmentally friendly spaces with a tailored approach to suit every clients’ needs. With a committed Team of professionals and a passion for sustainability, our client delivers high-quality solutions to exceed expectations. As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing a Team of Managers and Mobile Cleaners, ensuring the highest standards are delivered at all times. The ideal Regional Manager will have proven experience in a similar role within the industry, with a minimum of one year of management experience.
Responsibilities:
* Manage five Managers and five Mobile Cleaners with clients to include leisure clubs, nurseries and offices
* Organise cleaning cover for holidays and sickness
* Organise evening cover for nurseries
* Cleaning audits
* Induction & training of all new operatives
* Organise deep cleaning
* Report directly to Operations Director
* Support onsite cleaning teams
* Stock orders
Requirements:
* Managing: 1 year (required)
* Driving Licence (required)
