An excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded Wealth management firm, working in their busy Finance function and taking responsibility for supporting the Finance Director and Revenue team in the day-to-day revenue management of their group of companies. This will suit a talented individual who is numerate, displays an attention to detail, is confident with numbers and has a can-do attitude. Experience within financial services an advantage however not essential, this business genuinely provides a team oriented and supportive environment.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
Tracking incoming payments on internal systems
Liaising with, and providing the outsourcing service with the data they require to
complete all postings in the timely manner.
Troubleshooting, resolving and chasing outstanding payments.
Preparing month end revenue reports.
Liaising with Client Support Team to resolve income queries
Providing client data and reports on request from colleagues
Providing Management information from systems as required
Maintenance of all department shared mailboxes
Dealing with internal and external queries
Assisting in the integration process for all transactions including novation of agencies and
data checking and transfers
Ensuring all internal processes are completed in line with company standards and
compliance requirements
Ensuring financial records meet with company standards and timelines.
Assisting with audits and checking for discrepancies in data.
Act as the Quality Controller for the revenue data on the system?
Supporting the business growth and development through participation in projects
and workgroups.
Carrying out and maintaining training and development activities as required by the business and set by line management
