Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Legal Finance Assistant to manage financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Day-to-day of the role: *Manage financial records, including processing payments and maintaining accurate ledgers.
*Handle incoming and outgoing client and office payments, including banking and cheque printing.
*Process petty cash transactions and manage purchase ledgers.
*Support the Finance Manager and other team members with various finance-related tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Strong numerical and literacy skills.
*Proficiency in using financial software, Microsoft Office applications, and Legal Case Management Systems.
*Excellent organizational and time management skills.
*Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
*Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
