Telesales Executive- £25,000- £35,000 + Commission- Manchester
The Role

As part of our sales team, you will engage with new inquiries, identify clients’ legal needs, and demonstrate how our expertise offers tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
*Engage with Potential Clients: Interact directly with new enquiries, establish rapport, understand their legal needs, and effectively communicate how our firm’s services can address their requirements.
*Sales Strategy and Target Achievement: Implement strategies to meet individual and team targets by generating leads, following up with potential clients, and converting enquiries into satisfied clients.
*Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong business pipeline by nurturing leads and maintaining accurate customer data and call activity records.
*Inbounds and Outbounds: Respond to inbound enquiries and make outbound sales calls to prospective clients who have expressed interest.
*Paperwork Completion: Ensure all required documentation is accurately completed during the sales process.
*Collaboration: Work closely with the broader sales team to ensure targets are met and support the firm’s overall growth strategy.
The Person:
We are looking for individuals who:
*Have proven experience in telesales, or B2C sales.
*Exhibit excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
*Possess strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
*Demonstrate a passion for client engagement and building relationships.
*Have a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
*Are highly motivated, tenacious, and driven by uncapped earning potential.
*Work well both independently and as part of a team.
*Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
*Have at least two years of sales experience (applications with less experience will not be considered).
