We have an exciting opportunity for a Land & Planning Administrator to join our team within Vistry Manchester & Cheshire East, at our Warrington office. As our Land & Planning Administrator, you will provide administrative and secretarial support for the Land & Planning Team. You will need to be experienced in an administrative capacity, with good IT and word processing skills. You will be expected to manage a multitude of technical information, requiring good organisational skills. Full training will be given for all aspects of the specific duties.

*Previous experience working for a residential developer in the housing building industry
*Knowledge of COINS systems

*More about the Land & Planning Administrator role... *To assist with the management of diaries and arranging meetings for the Director and team where required, and to take and issue accurate minutes of meetings.
*To assist in the preparation of bids for new land opportunities and contracting tender submissions.
*Assist with the processing and logging of Purchase Orders & Invoicing.
*Keeping files up to date within a framework system.
*Administer document hosting systems including quality control checks.
*Assist with submitting information to authorities such as LA Planning.
*Maintain an accurate and efficient filing and archive system.
*Input project data onto the COINS system.
*Assist the Director with administering and reporting sickness and holiday absence and report to the HR and Payroll departments as required, and support with Director expense submissions.
*General admin support for Land & Planning Team including answering the telephone, copying and distributing documents, and producing letters and documents using Microsoft Office packages.
