Hairdresser Responsibilities:
*Talk with clients to assess their haircare goals
*Provide hairstyling recommendations and advice to clients who ask for it
*Cut, colour, wash, and style clients’ hair
*Clean and sterilize the hair care tools that you use between each client you see
*Use a wide variety of hair care products to help clients achieve their desired appearance
*Offer your clients advice on how to take care of the hairstyle that you give to them
*Help us sell the products and tools that we use to your clients
*Complete administrative tasks around the shop, such as cleaning and scheduling tasks
Hairdresser Requirements:
*Level 3 qualified or as a minimum NVQ2 with a desire to take the3.
*Engaging personality
*Positive ’can do’ attitude
*Ability to deliver a wide variety of hairstyles to clients
*Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in hair care and style
*Perfectionist
*Ambitious
*Must be able to work alone or as part of a team.
