Key Responsibilities:
*Assist the Senior Business Analyst with daily tasks, including gathering and documenting requirements.
*Interact with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
*Perform preliminary data analysis to identify trends and actionable insights.
*Collaborate with various teams to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and delivered.
*Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions to build a thorough understanding of business processes.
*Participate in designing and reviewing new systems and workflows.
*Proactively develop technical and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
*A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline (or nearing completion).
*Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*A keen interest in technology, business processes, and data analysis.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
*A motivated and adaptable mindset.
*Previous experience in a related role is advantageous but not essential.
