Job Description:
Umbrella Engagement - some Remote working but will need to be highly visible in Head Office.
Looking for an experienced Head of Service Delivery / Head of Infrastructure Operations who has managed large teams of resources spread across a wide (Country / Continental) geographical area to multiple users.
Continue to deliver to agreed SLA’s and OLA’s and where possible Service Improvement.
The ideal candidate will need to have experience in Offshoring Support Resources.
Potential for a Long Term Engagement for the right person.
Highly probably that you will hold some form of Service Management Accreditation (ITIL)
