The ideal candidate will lead the QA team, maintain product excellence, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
*Ensure compliance with relevant food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC).
*Lead internal and external audits, addressing non-conformities and driving corrective actions.
*Monitor product quality at all stages of production and manage testing protocols.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
*Train and mentor staff on quality assurance and food safety practices.
*Analyze quality metrics and prepare reports for management review.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
