Our client, a leading organisation in the membership industry, is seeking a dynamic Partnerships Coordinator to join their team for a temporary three-month role. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives in a sales-focused environment, converting warm leads into valuable partnerships while working with a team passionate about making a difference.
Position Details:
*Organisation: Membership/Not-for-profit Industry
*Contract Type: Temporary, 3 months
*Hourly Rate: £22-£25.50
*Working Pattern: Full Time, Hybrid
*Location: Closest stations are Holborn & Chancery Lane
Key Responsibilities:
*Respond to inbound queries regarding partnerships and exhibitions ??
*Re-engage with previous partners to secure repeat collaborations ??
*Convert warm leads provided by internal stakeholders into confirmed partnership agreements ??
*Manage the invoicing process for partnership and exhibition activities ??
*Follow up with partners to ensure timely payment of invoices ??
*Handle contract administration using Adobe Sign ??
*Conduct feedback surveys with partners to assess satisfaction and areas for improvement ??
*Maintain internal spreadsheets to track the partnership pipeline ??
*Organise and manage data related to partnership activities ??
*Support the management of the overall sales pipeline ??
*Collaborate with team members to seamlessly hand over secured agreements for delivery ???
Key Experience and Skills:
*Proven experience in sales, with a strong ability to close deals and secure agreements.
*Ideally, experience in charity, not-for-profit, or membership organisations �?.
*Ability to manage warm leads and convert them into confirmed agreements ??.
*Strong track record in securing repeat business ??.
*Confident in leading meetings and negotiating agreements with potential partners ??.
*Detail-oriented with a proactive and results-driven approach ?.
*Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining strong relationships ??.
