Job Description:
*Varied trainee role, initially supporting the team and customers, developing into a Mortgage Advisor role
*Once trained, performance related bonuses, private medical, private dental

We have an excellent opportunity available to join this well-established team of Advisors, with excellent earning potential once trained. Working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm, based on-site at the company offices.

You will start your journey with the company as a trainee, supporting the team with a range of administrative skills, liaising with a range of third parties, completing a variety of documentation, checking applications and updating systems. With support, you will begin to advise whilst gaining your CeMAP qualification. You will be responsible for:
*Building relationships with customers
*Handling customer queries regarding a range of mortgages on a day-to-day basis
*Supporting third parties with queries via email and telephone calls
*Supporting the office with administration, checking documentation, updating systems and handling incoming post
*Obtaining additional information to ensure customer applications are complete
*Reviewing and checking a range of documents, using a variety of computer packages
*Speaking with customers over the telephone to verify security information
*Once trained, advising on mortgage products and completing customer applications
*Meeting and exceeding set targets and meeting FCA compliance
We are looking for:
*Highly professional, motivated and team-orientated individuals, with a real desire to succeed
*An interest in the mortgage sector, looking to complete CeMAP qualification or recently qualified/part-qualified
*A general understanding of the basic principles of lending
*Excellent communication skills and strong numerical aptitude
*The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
*Administrative and IT skills
