Job Description:
Financial Services Administrator
Location: Wakefield
A well-established financial planning firm with proven success of developing high performing financial advisers is seeking a motivated and experienced Administrator to join their dynamic team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, supporting Financial Advisers and contributing to delivering outstanding service to clients.
What will you do?
*Process new client applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
*Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
*Liaise with providers to gather plan information and complete regulatory calculations (e.g., carry forward, IHT).
*Prepare detailed reports and presentations for adviser meetings.
*Respond to client queries promptly, maintaining high standards of professionalism.
*Assist with processing investment transactions while adhering to compliance procedures.
*Stay informed about financial products and regulatory changes to ensure accuracy.
Preferred experience:
*A minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial services administration.
*An understanding of FCA regulations and compliance procedures.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM platforms.
*Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
*Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and a commitment to professional development.
