Financial Planning Administrator
Location: Shaftesbury, Dorset
Salary: £25,000 - £29,000
Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional seeking to grow your career in financial services?
A well-established Financial Planning firm who is known for developing high performing Financial Advisers is looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join their supportive and friendly team.
What will you do?
*Collaborate closely with financial advisers and the back-office team to ensure seamless operations.
*Act as a key liaison for clients, handling queries with professionalism and efficiency.
*Maintain communication with providers to manage documentation and updates.
*Prepare and manage client records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
*Draft Letters of Authority, schedule meetings, and manage adviser diaries.
*Process new business and prepare meeting materials to support client engagement.
Preferred experience: *Background in financial services is advantageous (e.g., IFA, pensions, investments, wealth management, mortgages).
*Proven client care experience
*Excellent administration, time management, and prioritisation skills.
*Proficient in MS Office and capable of learning new systems with ease.
