Learning Support Assistant Wanted in Bourne End for Immediate Start!
Are you passionate about making a positive impact on children’s academic learning? We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Learning Support Assistant at a superb school in Bourne End. The role is Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 4pm, providing 1:1 support.
The Role:
*As a Learning Support Assistant, you will aid teachers in creating a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment.
*Support children, including those with SEND, working with them on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
*Assist teachers in organising and implementing educational activities inside and outside the classroom.
*Provide personal care support and motivate children to encourage their educational progress.
Requirements:
*Able to work Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 4pm.
*Prior experience working with children is preferred; general experience with children is essential.
*Comfortable providing 1:1 support for SEN children.
*Have or be willing to obtain a Child Only DBS.
*Live locally to High Wycombe or within a commutable distance.
