Executive Assistant/Business Manager
Company based in Leicester
Salary – up to £50,000 dependant on experience

This role will suit an experienced Executive Assistant or Business Manager who prides themselves on their organisational ability and who loves independence and the ability to truly take ownership of their role.
What our client needs from you as an Executive Assistant/Business Manager
*Organisational excellence and attention to detail. You must be able to demonstrate that you’re able to handle multiple priorities effectively whilst maintaining outstanding attention to detail.
*Problem solving and solutions focus. You will be expected to anticipate challenges and deliver workable solutions independently.
*Resilience. The role is fast paced and you will often be managing numerous potentially conflicting priorities. You should be able to demonstrate your ability to maintain your composure in such scenarios, even when facing setbacks.
*Effective and clear communication. You will be required to communicate effectively, clearly and concisely at all times.
What the roles involves
*Providing high level and effective support to the Group MD, including diary management and gatekeeping. Managing the Group MD’s schedule, ensuring efficiency and minimal interruption. Acting as the primary point of contact for the MD to accurately filter and prioritise activity.
*Problem solving and independence – using sound judgment and experience to solve complex and sensitive situations. Taking ownership of tasks without needing to seek permission or direction from the MD.
*Co-ordinating the executive team – ensuring that the senior team within the business are well organised and their activities are effectively coordinated. This will include organising meetings, setting agendas, accurately minuting meetings and ensuring that actions are tracked and completed.
Salary/hours: Up to £50,000 per year dependant on experience. Working 37.5 hours per week.
