Position Overview:
In this role, you will support our HR team by managing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll tasks, and coordinating HR projects. Your work will be critical in creating a positive and productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Support recruitment efforts, including creating job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting preliminary candidate screenings.
*Manage and update employee records with confidentiality and precision.
*Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
*Provide support for payroll processing and benefits coordination.
*Organise training sessions and team development initiatives.
*Provide administrative support to the HR team.
*Ensure adherence to UK employment laws and best practices.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
*1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative capacity.
*Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., PeopleSoft).
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
*Right to work in the UK.
